Sara Lake, J.D., CAE

Executive Director

Sara Blair Lake, J.D., CAE, has served as a senior executive with healthcare associations and certification organizations for the last thirteen years. The focus of Sara’s association and credentialing experience has been maternal and child health and hearing health. In addition to serving as the Executive Director of IBLCE, she also serves in a volunteer capacity as the Immediate Past Chair of the CAE Commission of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and previously served on ASAE's Healthcare Committee as well as on the International Focus Group on Newborn Hearing Identification. Sara also participates in the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) and the Certification Network Group (CNG).
