The Board
The IBLCE Board of Directors members serve in an honorary capacity. The Board's composition is balanced to reflect geographical and professional diversity. At least half of the Directors are nominated by delegating organizations and the others are elected to fill designated positions. The Board meets twice a year, but Board and Committee work continues between meetings.

Board Minutes Summaries
The IBLCE Board of Directors meets twice-yearly for committee and Board meetings. Generally, the March meetings are held in the Washington, DC area, while the September Board meetings rotate between the International Office and the three regions: Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
